| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process applied by tg288 to Member accounts in accordance with applicable international anti-money-laundering standards. |
| "Agreement" | These Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules, appendices, or supplementary rules incorporated by reference. |
To be eligible to register and maintain an active tg288 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
tg288 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tg288 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual may hold one (1) tg288 Account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK) or passport number for non-resident players, a valid email address, and a primary payment method registered in your own name. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's identity documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tg288 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify tg288 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tg288 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Member has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has failed to notify tg288 promptly upon discovery of the breach.
tg288 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit or wagering thresholds, or upon triggering a risk-based review. KYC documentation typically includes a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of residential address dated within three months. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.
All financial transactions on the tg288 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tg288 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and digital wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Deposits are processed in real time subject to the availability of the chosen payment provider. tg288 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the tg288 cashier and are subject to change at tg288's discretion. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any bank processing fees, following identity verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to tg288's anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for eligible accounts that have completed KYC. tg288 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps prior to processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in the Member's own name; tg288 will reject any withdrawal request directed to a third-party account.
tg288 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of this Agreement, or use of a payment method not registered in the Member's name. In such circumstances, tg288 may freeze the relevant Account pending investigation and is not liable for any delays or losses arising from such a hold.
tg288 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and sportsbook promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times within the stated validity period; failure to meet these conditions will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
tg288 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing wagers across accounts, exploiting promotional errors or technical malfunctions, and collusion with other Members. Where tg288 determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
In the event that a bonus is offered, credited, or displayed in error — including typographical errors in published wagering requirements, bonus amounts, or expiry dates — tg288 reserves the right to correct the error and apply the correct terms, or to withdraw the promotion entirely. tg288 is not obligated to honour terms that were published in error.
All wagers placed on the tg288 Platform are governed by the product-specific rules published within each game or betting market, in addition to the general provisions of this clause.
Sportsbook odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference number has been issued, the odds are locked. tg288 covers a broad range of markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia internationals, as well as E-sports competitions including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a return; a void selection in a mix parlay will result in that leg being removed and the remaining selections re-priced. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the final result including stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are not included unless otherwise specified.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tg288 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tg288's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tg288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, where tg288 reasonably believes that:
Upon termination for cause, tg288 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant authorities. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support; any verifiable real-money balance will be returned subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
tg288 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tg288 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through tg288's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits tg288's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
